We contracted Welcome2Solutions to provide us with a website redesign and upgrade in early 2009.We operate an independent brokerage firm for investment sales in the commercial real estate industry, and the appearance and functionality of our website is vital to the success of our business. Since we deal with many investors from all over the country, from New York to Chicago to locations throughout California, it is essential for our website to promote our business in the most favorable light and be as user‐friendly as possible for those accessing it. I chose to go with Welcome2Solutions for our project since they were relatively local to our location in Cleveland, they were highly responsive and eager to work on our job, and the pricing was optimal for the level of redesign we were looking to achieve. Throughout the redesign process, the company owner, Ajay Kumar, personally took the time and interest to make sure all our needs were being met on a timely manner, and worked with me personally to ensure we were on the same page throughout the process. We communicated primarily via email and he would let me know what stages were currently being worked on, and what had been finished to that point. Also, our site remained “live” and functional during the reconstruction process, and when everything was completed to our specifications, the improved site replaced the old one and officially went “live”. I was happy with the end product and find our site very easy to use, especially since we have an Administrative Panel attached to the site where we can manually go in and make changes as information needs updated. I would recommend Welcome2Solutions to other businesses or individuals, since our interaction and experience with them was professional and accomplished the end‐result as we had specified and envisioned. Please visit our site www.CooperGrp.com for a better understanding of the finished product. Before reconstruction, the site was entirely static in nature and now has much more visual appeal due to the dynamic components that had been added.
